Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of adult and geriatric patients presenting cardiovascular issues, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and methods.
• Perform detailed history taking and physical examinations to accurately diagnose conditions, determining both acute and chronic health issues related to cardiology.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to the specific needs and medical histories of each patient.
• Execute a range of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, adhering to established clinical protocols and utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Prescribe medication therapies and monitor their effectiveness, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Nurse Practitioner will primarily work with adult and geriatric patients who experience a range of cardiovascular conditions, including hypertension, heart failure, and arrhythmias. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
