Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients recovering from injury, disease, or surgery within our facility's rehabilitation center.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate various methods such as exercise, stretching, hands-on therapy, and the use of specialized equipment.
• Regularly monitor patient progress, documenting treatments and outcomes meticulously to inform subsequent sessions.
• Reassess and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery and progress toward therapeutic goals.
• Educate and train patients, caregivers, and family members on the use of assistive devices and appropriate self-care practices.
• Stay up-to-date on industry practices and advancements through workshops, professional publications, and networking opportunities.

Compensation and Benefits
