This position provides a flexible work setting with the option to work remotely while maintaining access to our outpatient office. Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, fostering constructive and trusting relationships while adhering strictly to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess progress, discuss stability, and prepare for discharge when appropriate, ensuring continuity of care and client-centered support.

• Develop, implement, and continually adjust individualized treatment plans, employing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment outcomes, to ensure compliance with clinical and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse client population, encompassing both children and adults facing various mental health challenges. Collaboratively engaging with clients and their families, you will help develop positive coping strategies, enhance resilience, and support overall mental well-being, ultimately leading to improved quality of life outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficient in using technology including RMS systems, Excel spreadsheets, Outlook, and PIMSY software.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to both individuals and families, showcasing your ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to fit the unique dynamics of your clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
