Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide exceptional mental health counseling services to clients, ensuring adherence to high standards of care and effective treatment plans that promote client progress and satisfaction.

• Maintain compliance with all legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations associated with mental health services, including program certifications and proper licensing practices.

• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure prompt communication and coordination regarding client care and treatment approaches.

• Document client interactions, treatment progress, and administrative details accurately and timely, adhering to organizational standards and procedures.

• Assist clients in daily living activities, empowering them to take on responsibilities as they progress in their treatment journeys.

• Observe and articulate changes in clients’ emotional and mental states, providing timely reports to ensure effective interventions.

• Provide medication management support, including reminders and assistance with medication adherence based on care plans.

• Facilitate logistical support for clients by coordinating transportation needs and helping them attend medical and therapeutic appointments.

• Manage household supply needs for clients as directed, ensuring a safe and supportive living environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on providing mental health support to a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional challenges. Our clients come from various backgrounds and age groups, and thus, adaptability and cultural competency are essential for effective engagement and support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, clinical psychology, or a related field is required.

• Valid state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC is mandatory; candidates with associate licenses are not eligible due to billing limitations.

• Exceptional self-management skills with the ability to work independently while delivering client-centered care.

• Proficient in using technology, especially Microsoft Office Suite, to manage documentation and client communications effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with geriatric clients is valued but not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
