Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs and developing customized treatment plans aimed at promoting their coping strategies and overall psychological well-being.

• Delivering one-on-one therapy sessions using an array of evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques tailored to individual client needs.

• Regularly evaluating client progress with a focus on achieving therapeutic goals and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Providing accessible teletherapy sessions to ensure all clients can receive care regardless of geographical or personal constraints.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this rewarding position, candidates must possess:

• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; however, a Master’s or Doctoral degree is strongly preferred.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to establish a strong therapeutic rapport with clients.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude while working with individuals experiencing emotional distress.

• Strong organizational abilities and effective time-management skills to balance caseloads and client needs efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

While a Bachelor's degree is the minimum requirement, candidates with a Master's or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology are highly desirable. Experience in a clinical setting dealing with similar patient populations and familiarity with telehealth practices is also preferred.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with your caseload and experience.
