You will serve adult clients in a supportive environment where their health and well-being are paramount. Qualifications\n \n A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n Active licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California. \n Demonstrated experience working with individuals who have co-occurring medical conditions, showcasing an understanding of their unique needs. \n Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively in a team environment. \n Proficiency with electronic health records and computer applications pertinent to mental health documentation. \n Commitment to upholding ethical boundaries and ensuring confidentiality of patient information. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience with telehealth platforms and methodologies, which will be instrumental in providing care remotely. \n Background in facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions, particularly in a remote setting. \n Compensation and Benefits\n The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
