Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of working remotely, though interaction with school environments and healthcare providers will be a key component. Working in a climate-controlled office setting, you will spend the majority of your time engaging in telehealth sessions and will occasionally visit school facilities to assess client needs in a real-world setting. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments, utilizing tools such as the DSM-5, to diagnose and evaluate the patient’s mental health status accurately.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique cultural and developmental needs of your diverse patient population.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of treatment records, clinical notes, and reports, adhering to state regulatory guidelines and internal procedures.

• Collaborate closely with patients and their families to set clear treatment objectives, fostering a supportive environment conducive to achieving their mental health goals.

• Monitor patient progress continuously and adjust care plans as necessary, employing a range of therapeutic interventions to foster improvement and enhance psychiatric stability.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is a fundamental requirement.
