Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for new clients to determine their unique therapeutic needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities, tailored to adult clients struggling with various mental health challenges.

• Document clinical notes and treatment plans accurately and promptly in our electronic health record (EHR) system, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive care and effective management of client progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adult clients facing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. The online format empowers clients to engage in therapy from their homes, helping to eliminate stigma and logistical barriers commonly associated with in-person therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
