Our schedule typically spans from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' needs and formulate tailored treatment plans that align with their specific circumstances.

• Provide therapeutic interventions utilizing evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups aimed at providing community resources and emotional support for individuals managing common mental health issues.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to patient care.

• Respond to mental health crises by offering immediate support and intervention while maintaining a calm and constructive environment.
\n
• Educate patients regarding their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and support resources within the community.
\n
• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation in accordance with ethical standards and legal practices to ensure continuity of care.

• Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and stay informed on industry advancements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors play a key role in addressing various mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. We serve a diverse clientele, including individuals of all ages and backgrounds, allowing our team members to gain invaluable experience in treating a wide array of psychological issues.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in the state of Florida as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW.

• Deep understanding of mental health disorders and a strong foundation in therapeutic methodologies, particularly evidence-based practices.

• Proven capability to conduct in-depth assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and track patient progress.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling rapport-building with clients and collaboration with team members.

• Proficient in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and computer applications necessary for documentation and communication.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per annum , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
