Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with functional limitations and disabilities, establishing a baseline for treatment planning.
• Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Implement and adjust treatment protocols based on ongoing assessments, ensuring adherence to established productivity standards.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and strategies for optimizing daily living.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
