Work Environment

As part of our innovative concierge medicine program, the Nurse Practitioner will work onsite, directly interacting with patients. This role emphasizes a lower patient volume per day, enabling a stronger focus on quality care and meaningful patient relationships. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, with no on-call, night, or weekend responsibilities, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with cardiologists and NP peers to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Managing patients suffering from conditions such as hypertension, high cholesterol, coronary artery disease, and congestive heart failure.
• Providing outpatient electrophysiology services for patients with arrhythmias and abnormal electrocardiograms, including device management.
• Conducting stress testing and interpreting results to guide clinical decision-making.
• Performing comprehensive patient history and physical examinations, as well as prescribing medication as necessary.
• Referring patients to other specialists within the organization based on their specific needs.
• Educating patients and their families on health management strategies, medication adherence, and lifestyle changes.
• Receiving expert consultation and supervision from on-site cardiologists, fostering a learning environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Nurse Practitioner will primarily work with adult patients experiencing a range of cardiovascular conditions, from stable chronic issues to acute emergencies. Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• A completed accredited Nurse Practitioner program with relevant certification.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing.
• Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong communication and patient interaction skills.

Preferred Experience

While we welcome applications from both seasoned and newly graduated Nurse Practitioners, candidates with experience in cardiology, particularly in outpatient settings, will be given preference. Familiarity with electrophysiology practices, arrhythmia management, and patient education strategies will also be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
