Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personalized caseload of clients, building and maintaining strong therapeutic relationships while upholding professional boundaries and ethical standards.

• Conduct regular reviews with clients to monitor their progress, stability, and upcoming appointments, facilitating discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor individualized treatment plans that are centered around each client's unique needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and assessments, ensuring all information aligns with best practices in mental health care.

• Conduct initial intake assessments to determine client needs and inform treatment plans effectively.

• Lead weekly individual therapy sessions tailored to the specific challenges faced by each client.

• Participate in individual supervision to ensure ongoing professional development and address clinical concerns.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive support and share insights regarding client treatment and progress.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
