Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, formulating clinical diagnoses, and crafting personalized treatment plans that reflect their specific needs and aspirations.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy utilizing various evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities tailored to fit the client's circumstances.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate and effective support is available when needed.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results in compliance with ethical and legal regulations.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and mental health technicians, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health topics, available treatment options, and relevant community resources, serving as an advocate for their needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with Over the Top Counseling Services, you will work with a diverse clientele comprised of individuals, couples, families, and groups. This role requires a deep understanding of the complexities of mental health, as clients may present with various concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist, including LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
