Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to thoroughly evaluate clients' mental health concerns, ensuring accurate diagnosis and effective treatment planning.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the specific challenges and goals identified during assessments.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to foster positive outcomes.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers—to deliver coordinated care, ensuring all aspects of a client's mental health needs are met.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Proven skills and experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a deep understanding of evidence-based practices.

• Outstanding therapeutic and counseling abilities, showcasing a compassionate and motivating approach to client care.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to enable effective collaboration with peers and clients alike.
