Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personalized caseload of clients, establishing empathetic and professional relationships to foster trust and confidence in the therapeutic process.

• Conduct regular sessions to monitor client progress, stability, and readiness for discharge, ensuring that clients feel supported at every stage of their journey.

• Develop, implement, and consistently evaluate individualized person-centered treatment plans that reflect clients’ unique needs and goals.

• Document client interactions meticulously with up-to-date progress notes and ensure all records meet the standards required for quality care.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to gather pertinent information and form a foundation for therapy.
\n
• Engage in ongoing individual supervision sessions and collaborative meetings to refine skills and enhance treatment approaches.

• Work closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive support and continuity of care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse array of clients including individuals, families, and children who are dealing with a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our focus is on providing care in the least restrictive environment possible, allowing clients to explore their challenges and grow in a supportive therapeutic setting.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.
\n
• Current, unrestricted, independent Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.
\n
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience providing direct counseling services in a clinical outpatient environment is essential.

• Proficient with computers and familiar with various software applications, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• A background in working with diverse populations, including experience with LGBTQIA+ communities and clients from various ethnic backgrounds.

• Ability to utilize teletherapy tools effectively and engage clients remotely with compassion and professionalism.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, following a fee-for-service model.
