Key Responsibilities

• Direct and implement tailored physical therapy treatment plans aimed at preventing disability, relieving pain, improving muscle function, and facilitating recovery within the client's capabilities.
• Oversee the work of physical therapy assistants to ensure the appropriate execution of care plans, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' functional levels through diagnostic tests and assessments to inform treatment strategies.
• Assess clients' home environments and recommend modifications to enhance independence and safety during rehabilitation.
• Administer a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapies, exercise regimens, and mechanical devices, tailored to the individual needs of clients.
• Participate actively in developing, reviewing, and updating patient care plans in conjunction with interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries, in accordance with healthcare regulations.
• Engage clients and their families in education and training regarding therapeutic exercises, the use of assistive devices, and home programs to ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate in case conferences to evaluate and plan comprehensive treatment strategies aimed at optimizing patient outcomes.
• Be accessible for supervision of Physical Therapy Assistants during client therapy sessions, ensuring quality care.
• Contribute to other duties as assigned to support the goals and objectives of the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
