Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for a variety of essential duties, including:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments to understand client needs and formulate accurate diagnoses.
• Delivering therapeutic interventions using secure telehealth platforms, creating individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Engaging in regular collaboration with other healthcare professionals to promote continuity and completeness of care.
• Maintaining meticulous and timely documentation of treatment plans, patient interactions, and progress notes following ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your practice will focus on a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, presenting a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship challenges. Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid mental health license in California as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to connect with and support clients during their therapeutic journeys.
• Experience in managing clinical records and treatment planning within a digital framework.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience is necessary, candidates who have a background in telehealth and innovative treatment methodologies will be highly regarded.
