Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the severity, type, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, guiding evidence-based treatment planning.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to assist clients in managing mood disorders effectively.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment modalities, and practical self-care strategies, enhancing their understanding of mental health.

• Regularly monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary between USD 80,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to the base salary, we provide a generous sign-on bonus.
