Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns. Use this data to develop comprehensive and personalized treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes a diverse population with various mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational issues. As a counselor, you will develop strong therapeutic alliances with clients across all demographics and cultures, creating a safe space for them to share their experiences and begin their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid license in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or possess a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build trust and rapport with clients, facilitating an effective therapeutic environment.

• Exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients’ personal struggles.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseloads and administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a private practice or telehealth environment is highly valued.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices relevant to treating trauma, anxiety, and depression is preferred.

• Previous experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and case management will be an advantage.
