Key Responsibilities\n

• Participate in agency orientation and familiarization with policies and procedures, engaging with team members at all organizational levels.

• Prepare for client sessions by reviewing case notes and conducting research to effectively understand specific client needs.
\n
• Engage in collaborative small group supervision, sharing insights and strategies to enhance clinical practice.
\n
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, both written and electronic, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
\n
• Coordinate with partner agencies to streamline services and ensure complementary care for clients.
\n
• Undertake research on best practices relevant to treatment modalities and client assignments as directed by supervising professionals.
\n
• Conduct client consultations and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of agency professionals to develop holistic treatment approaches.
\n
• Document client progress through detailed case notes, assessments, and evaluations.
\n
• Contribute to the development and adjustment of Individual Treatment Plans (ITP) to optimize client outcomes.
\n
• Support the treating therapist by assisting in the scoring and interpretation of psychometric assessments.
\n
• Lead supervision sessions in collaboration with the site supervisor, fostering professional development and skill enhancement.
\n
• Represent the agency in various meetings, participating actively in discussions with clinical staff.
\n
• Identify and utilize agency resources and systems to improve client engagement and treatment accessibility.

Qualifications\n
