Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations to create effective treatment plans.
• Implement a diverse range of therapeutic techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and the use of specialized equipment to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Monitor and document patients' progress meticulously, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on their conditions, recovery processes, and at-home exercise programs that support rehabilitation.
• Establish a rapport with patients, providing motivational support throughout their recovery journey.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care that addresses all aspects of patient health.
• Stay informed of the latest research and methodologies in physical therapy through continued education, networking, and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will serve at Constant Physical Strength include young children recovering from sports injuries, adults rehabilitating from surgeries, and elderly clients requiring assistance after accidents or falls. Our scope of practice reflects a commitment to treating a wide range of conditions, from musculoskeletal issues to post-operative recovery and general mobility enhancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state license in Physical Therapy, ensuring compliance with local healthcare regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and other team members.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and patient tracking.
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, our robust benefits package includes:
