Elixir Life Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team full-time in beautiful Immokalee, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients to devise effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs, considering factors such as lifestyle, medical history, and personal goals.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic methods including exercise regimens, manual therapy, modalities, and the use of therapeutic equipment to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Continue to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on evolving needs and responses, maintaining detailed records of treatments, progress notes, and outcomes.
• Educate patients, their families, and caregivers on exercises and techniques to foster independence and self-care.
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy by participating in workshops and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be primarily serving a diverse clientele in the Immokalee region, which includes children with developmental disorders, adults recovering from surgeries and injuries, and elderly patients needing rehabilitation services. This role is vital in helping patients restore function, manage pain, and improve their overall health and well-being.

Qualifications

• Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Possession of a valid State License for Physical Therapy.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with patients and the healthcare team.
• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations with flexibility and agility.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including:
