Work Environment

The typical work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to establish a healthy work-life balance while making a significant impact in the lives of your patients. Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized and effective treatment to patients, identifying their unique rehabilitation goals and tailoring therapy plans to achieve them.
• Maintain a manageable patient caseload to ensure focused attention and quality interactions with each individual.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to support patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions.
• Develop and implement innovative treatment strategies that leverage cost-effective, non-surgical methods to alleviate pain and improve functional mobility.
• Design comprehensive care plans incorporating various therapeutic techniques, ensuring they are evidence-based and individualized.
• Motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, instilling confidence and encouraging commitment to their treatment programs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and other therapists, to create cohesive care strategies that enhance patient outcomes.
• Continuously assess patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress within our electronic medical records (EMR) system.
• Promote wellness by educating patients on preventative strategies, exercise regimens, and lifestyle modifications to enhance their overall health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patient population at our facility consists primarily of individuals recovering from orthopedic conditions, ranging from sports injuries to post-surgical rehabilitation. We focus on creating a welcoming and respectful environment where each patient feels valued and safe. Your role will involve working closely with diverse individuals, adapting your techniques to meet their specific needs and aspirations.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or completion of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
• Active and clean Physical Therapist licensure with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques, with a thorough understanding of various treatment modalities.
• Demonstrated ability to design effective exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Experience using EMR systems, specifically Web PT, to ensure accurate documentation of patient care.
• In-depth knowledge of current evidence-based practices in physical therapy.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is highly valued.
• Positive history of developing and implementing specialized therapy protocols that enhance patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

In recognition of your expertise and commitment, we offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.
