Work Environment

Located in the vibrant community of Immokalee, Florida, our rehabilitation center operates primarily on an onsite basis. It features a spacious 5000 square foot layout designed for optimal patient interaction and therapy spaces. The collaborative team consists of experienced professionals, including two physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA), all working together to prioritize patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and effectively identify the individual goals and needs of each patient to create tailored treatment plans.
• Manage a manageable caseload, seeing one patient per hour, to ensure focused and personalized care.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques to deliver cost-effective treatments aimed at improving range of motion and mobility.
• Reduce patients' reliance on medication by implementing non-invasive options and exercises.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive care plans that integrate diverse treatment modalities, enhancing recovery processes.
• Design personalized fitness and wellness programs that reflect the individuality and specific needs of each patient.
• Deliver high-quality intervention based on the latest evidence-based practices, encouraging continual patient progress.
• Motivate and empower patients to optimize their functional abilities throughout therapy.
• Promote a healthier lifestyle by enhancing patients' strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination through targeted interventions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, ensuring comprehensive care and positive outcomes for patients.
• Evaluate treatment effectiveness by monitoring patient progress and adjusting plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation regarding the care services rendered to each patient.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from a recognized institution.
• A valid Florida license as a Physical Therapist without any board or disciplinary actions against it.
• Proven expertise in manual therapy techniques, showcasing efficient skills in hands-on patient treatment.
• Strong competence in designing and implementing exercise protocols tailored to individual patient goals.
• Familiarity with using WebPT EMR software for patient record management and documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working as a Physical Therapist in outpatient orthopedic settings, demonstrating effective treatment strategies.
• Experience with creating successful rehabilitation programs for diverse patient populations.
• Knowledge of innovative therapy practices that align with current industry advancements.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer an attractive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000, commensurate with experience.
