Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, establishing individual goals and treatment programs tailored to their needs, based on referral from physicians.

• Implement treatment strategies to address patients' functional limitations, disabilities, and health status changes while conducting regular reassessments to adjust care plans accordingly.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of treatment plans, patient progress, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Supervise and support the activities of Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and ancillary staff, providing mentorship and ensuring quality care procedures are followed.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to coordinate care, address concerns, and implement updates to intervention strategies as needed.

• Engage in professional development by attending clinical training sessions and contributing to quality improvement initiatives within the facility.
