• Provide relevant social resources and referrals to assist clients with their financial or social needs.

• Work collaboratively with other therapists to support a diverse caseload, improving the breadth of services offered.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on youth who may be facing various emotional and behavioral challenges. You will support individuals from diverse backgrounds, employing culturally competent methods to build trust and understanding. You will work towards addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and academic stress, helping young clients develop coping mechanisms and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A valid independent license in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is required.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited institution is essential.

• Current CPR and First Aid certification, with a valid Oregon driver’s license for identification and emergencies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
