Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Maintain a manageable caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, ensuring consistent support and follow-up services.

• Deliver exceptional customer service while engaging collaboratively with colleagues to further our mission in the community.

• Utilize innovative and creative therapeutic interventions to assist clients in achieving their goals, including employing evidence-based practices in therapy sessions.

• Document all client interactions, including the completion of diagnosis, treatment plans, and ongoing case notes, adhering strictly to internal policies and legal requirements.

• Coordinate care with case managers, families, and other health and educational professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
