Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family counseling, tailored to various mental health issues.

• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short-term therapy to cater to the specific requirements of clients.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that align with best practices in mental health.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
