Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations and crisis interventions, assessing the needs of clients to develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Facilitate and lead psychotherapy sessions, ensuring a safe space for individuals and groups, particularly focusing on teenagers and adolescents.

• Coordinate patient care with Reentry Social Workers to guarantee comprehensive discharge planning services for clients transitioning out of care.

• Document all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in clinical supervision with a Clinical Supervisor at least once a week to support your professional development and growth.
\n
• Participate in mental health and medical rounds to maintain cohesive communication about patient care strategies.
\n
• Conduct psychological testing as needed, and supervise social work interns or student volunteers to enhance their learning experience.
\n
• Collaborate with various institutional programs and the Department of Correction to ensure a holistic approach to treatment and access for clients.

• Must possess a Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time LMFT position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 52,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
