Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to provide impactful therapy from the comfort of your own home. Our telehealth facility enables you to connect with clients via secure video conferencing tools and clinical software. You will enjoy a flexible schedule, working Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, enhancing your ability to achieve a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with Joy Filled Life, your role will encompass various responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to establish clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s specific challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards to ensure the integrity of the therapeutic process.

• Regularly monitor clients’ progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly, guided by their feedback and clinically relevant assessments.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and healthcare providers to coordinate care and address comprehensive treatment goals.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with industry best practices and therapeutic methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve clients dealing with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your expertise will assist a diverse group of individuals, including adolescents, adults, and families, from various cultural backgrounds. The compassionate support you provide will be instrumental in helping clients develop coping strategies and improve their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related field.

• A valid California state license (LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT).

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
