Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients while establishing rapport and nurturing positive relationships that uphold professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to review their progress, discuss stability, schedule upcoming appointments, and facilitate discharges when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and oversee person-centered treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation and progress notes in compliance with legal and organizational standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to accurately evaluate clients' needs and inform treatment planning.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• You must hold an unrestricted, independent, active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• Two years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting post-graduation is mandatory.

• Proficiency in utilizing computer systems, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS software, email platforms (Outlook), and practice management systems (like Pimsy) is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

While two years of direct clinical experience is required, additional experience in telehealth or familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities such as CBT or DBT will enhance your effectiveness in this role. Knowledge of evidence-based practices in a remote service context is a plus.
