Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the social, emotional, and environmental challenges faced by clients and their families.

• Develop individualized service plans that set clear goals, interventions, and progress tracking to address clients' unique circumstances.

• Provide one-on-one counseling and support, employing evidence-based techniques to assist clients in overcoming a range of challenges.

• Collaborate with clients in crafting personalized service strategies while linking them with necessary community resources for additional support.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and risk assessments to address immediate client needs and ensure safety planning is in place.

• Engage with community organizations and agencies to advocate for clients and coordinate comprehensive service delivery.

• Participate in community outreach efforts to enhance public awareness of available services and foster engagement.

• Attend case conferences, collaborate with inter-disciplinary teams, and engage in ongoing staff development and training sessions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.

Compensation and Benefits\n
