Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients in a home care setting, focusing on their recovery from injury, surgery, or chronic illness.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that incorporate various physical therapy modalities, such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and mobility training.
• Track and document patient progress rigorously to identify improvements and adapt treatment strategies accordingly.
• Educate patients, their families, and caregivers on optimizing recovery practices and using assistive devices appropriately for increased independence in daily activities.
• Continuously assess therapeutic goals, making modifications to treatment plans in response to changing patient needs and outcomes.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy by participating in continuing education workshops and being an active member of professional organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Must possess a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida.

• Proficiency in electronic documentation and basic computer skills.
• Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills to effectively address varying patient needs.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience. We also provide a generous benefits package that includes:
