Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs through telephonic or video consultations, utilizing evidence-based tools to gather relevant information.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and best practices, regularly adapting approaches to meet client needs.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to guide clients in their healing journeys.

• Maintain stringent adherence to confidentiality and professional regulations, including HIPAA, through meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, engaging with psychiatrists and fellow therapists during case consultations and supervision sessions.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, helping them to understand mental health conditions and available resources.

• Engage in ongoing training and professional development, staying updated on the latest research and techniques in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and trauma-related challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), or LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) in California.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 , commensurate with experience.
