Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments using standardized tools to identify client needs, establish clinical diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapy modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, based on the client’s specific challenges and treatment goals.

• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and connecting them to further resources as needed.

• Document all interactions accurately in confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, while adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers, to deliver holistic care tailored to each client.

• Provide educational resources to clients and their families regarding mental health issues, therapeutic processes, and available community resources while advocating for clients’ rights and needs.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to stay updated on best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary role will center around a diverse clientele experiencing various mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in Massachusetts is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
