Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be serving a diverse clientele, including individuals facing challenges rooted in cultural, socioeconomic, and personal contexts. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Virginia.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment approaches, and cultural competence in providing therapy.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering individualized and group therapy, utilizing culturally responsive methods.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
