Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' psychosocial needs, determining appropriate treatment plans and referral sources.

• Act as a strong advocate for patients when interacting with various community agencies, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.

• Document all patient interactions meticulously, maintaining timely and accurate patient records and preparing reports as required.

• Coordinate transportation assistance for patients as needed, facilitating ease of access to necessary care.

• Participate in clinical team meetings and case conferences to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Resilience Psychiatry Solutions, you will be primarily responsible for working with diverse patient populations who experience a variety of mental health challenges. This includes but is not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and other psychosocial issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling is required.

• Possession of one of the following active licenses: Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
