Safety is where the need is most urgent, but the opportunity is much larger. Every physical space generates signals. Every organization needs to understand what is happening, determine what matters, and coordinate the right response. About the Role Firefly is hiring an Enterprise BDR to break into real enterprise accounts as we come out of stealth and attack the market with real customer proof behind us. Original thought and creative thinking are the defining characteristics you will need to succeed in this role. You'll inherit a working signal stack and data warehouse that puts our full TAM at your fingertips - the challenge is creatively figuring out how to leverage this infrastructure to generate high quality pipeline consistently across our key verticals. The ability to understand the world of physical safety, ruthlessly allocate your time, and laser in on what actually moves an account forward is the whole job. You know how enterprise sales works and you're comfortable on the phone. You're a fit if you have: 1+ years minimum experience in an Enterprise SDR/BDR role Consistently broken into net-new enterprise accounts across multiple enterprise verticals Dialed as a primary motion, not a last resort Demonstrated the business judgment to know which accounts and people to prioritize and how to crack them open, not just work a list Worked directly with AEs and can self-manage pipeline quality without oversight Who we're looking for The same things matter to us in every person we hire, regardless of role. Compensation The OTE for this full-time position is $93K – $114K , plus equity and benefits. Actual compensation will depend on factors including job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
