Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing positive, professional relationships while adhering to ethical guidelines.

• Regularly meet with clients to assess progress and stability, discussing future appointments and planning for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and continually monitor individualized treatment plans based on each client's specific needs.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for every client to ensure continuity of care.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to determine appropriate therapeutic approaches and interventions.

• Facilitate individual psychotherapy sessions weekly, employing evidence-based practices to foster client growth.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and ensure high standards of care.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care and support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a varied outpatient population that includes children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges. This role requires a compassionate approach as you provide essential support in a healing-oriented environment. Your work will directly contribute to the well-being of clients from all backgrounds, including individuals from the LGBTQIA+ community and other diverse groups.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience working in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficiency in using technology, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and other digital platforms.

• Experience in providing direct therapeutic services to individuals and families.
\n
• Competence in conducting intake assessments and developing client rapport.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and interventions suited for diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include a fee-for-service model with guaranteed rates, ensuring timely payment without waiting for reimbursement.
