Business Development Manager Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 21.63 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm) Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities to expand client base. Manage the entire sales pipeline, from initial lead generation and prospecting to successful deal closure. Conduct engaging and effective customer meetings, understanding client needs and presenting tailored logistics solutions. Develop and prepare persuasive proposals, presentations, and sales collateral. Business Development Manager Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and build a robust pipeline Comprehensive understanding of logistics services, including warehousing, transportation, and value-added solutions Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
