Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, conducting thorough assessments to create tailored treatment plans that address specific needs.

• Collaborate with the Clinical Director to develop and enhance engaging therapy programs that foster client participation and growth.

• Actively participate in the credentialing committee, ensuring quality control and compliance with industry standards.

• Engage in interdisciplinary meetings with psychiatric providers and clinical staff to coordinate holistic care and exchange valuable insights.

• Monitor and evaluate patient progress by adjusting therapeutic strategies based on their responses and needs.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and patient outcomes using designated systems to ensure continuity of care.

• Fulfill any additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the clinic and its mission.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
