Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individualized client needs, strengths, and therapeutic goals.

• Create and implement customized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address mental health challenges.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions that explore and address a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and case managers to provide holistic care and ensure best practices.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation that complies with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Participate in regular supervision and team meetings to engage in professional development and refine therapeutic skills in line with current best practices.

• Engage in outreach initiatives and community education efforts to promote mental health awareness and enhance accessibility to services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on working with a diverse range of clients, including adults, adolescents, and families. The therapist will address various mental and behavioral health issues and tailor treatment approaches that are sensitive to the cultural and developmental needs of each age group. We are particularly interested in candidates who display enthusiasm for engaging with clients across different life stages.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, obtained from an accredited institution.

• Active and current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of professional experience working with individuals facing mental and behavioral health challenges. Experience in co-occurring disorders, individual and group therapy, or substance abuse treatment is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
