Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate the unique trauma histories of patients and determine the most suitable treatment paths.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to effectively assist patients.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that encourage patients to process past traumas, devise effective coping strategies, and promote their healing journey.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to ensure a cohesive treatment approach that integrates various aspects of patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring patient safety and well-being.

• Educate patients and families on trauma responses and coping mechanisms, enhancing their understanding of available resources and support systems.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
