Here, our team collaborates closely to deliver tailored rehabilitation plans in a non-hospital-based setting, allowing for intimate and focused interactions with each patient. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, fostering a balanced work-life dynamic for our staff.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess and treat patients with a range of musculoskeletal issues, developing personalized treatment plans that address their individual needs and goals.Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions, incorporating various manual therapy techniques aimed at enhancing mobility and reducing pain.Educate patients about their conditions and progress, equipping them with knowledge to actively participate in their recovery.Design and implement fitness and wellness programs tailored to specific patient requirements, emphasizing injury prevention and improving overall well-being.Continuously monitor and evaluate patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.Utilize EMR software, such as Web PT, to maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care delivery.Employ evidence-based therapy techniques that align with the latest research to drive successful patient outcomes.Patient Population / Client FocusIn this role, you will work primarily with outpatient clients, including individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic debilitating conditions. Your ability to tailor interventions to meet the diverse needs of our patient population will empower them to reclaim their independence and improve their physical health, allowing for an enhanced quality of life.QualificationsA Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.An active Physical Therapist license issued in the state of Virginia, with a clean record free from sanctions or board proceedings.Demonstrated expertise in manual therapy techniques and the ability to create and implement effective exercise programs specific to patient needs.Proficiency in using EMR software, particularly Web PT, for efficient documentation and patient management.Strong knowledge of contemporary physical therapy practices informed by the latest research and clinical guidelines.Preferred ExperienceExperience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy is highly desired, with a strong preference for candidates with a proven track record of successful patient outcomes.Prior experience in a multidisciplinary team setting that promotes collaboration among healthcare providers.Experience with sports rehabilitation and injury prevention techniques enhances the value you bring to our clients.Compensation and BenefitsThis position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and expertise.
