Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, utilizing tools such as video conferencing software to maintain strong connections with clients.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand client needs and develop tailored treatment plans that are regularly updated based on progress.

• Facilitate ongoing therapy sessions that focus on areas such as coping strategies, communication skills, and relationship dynamics within families and couples.

• Collaborate actively with other mental health professionals, including psychologists and social workers, within a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for each client.

• Document all therapy sessions, assessments, and treatment plans accurately in accordance with state and federal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with diverse populations, primarily focusing on adults dealing with substance abuse issues and those facing co-occurring mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A current, valid license in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Science as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members regularly.

• Experience with telehealth practices and client management software is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
