Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver psychotherapy to patients coping with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), adjusting your approach based on individual treatment needs.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ emotional, behavioral, and social functioning to develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.

• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems for the documentation of patient interactions and treatment outcomes, ensuring coordination of care within the multidisciplinary team.

• Collaborate closely with physicians, psychiatrists, and nursing staff to ensure a unified approach to patient care and to advocate for patients’ psychological needs effectively.

• Monitor and assess patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on patient feedback and clinical observations.

• Provide educational resources to patients and their families, informing them about mental health conditions, available treatments, and local community support services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $90,000 and $105,000 annually.
