Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as a liaison between students, families, and outpatient providers to facilitate effective communication and continuity of care.

• Engage with insurance companies for pre-certification, utilization management, and ensure necessary approvals for mental health services.

• Participate in discharge planning and aftercare planning for students transitioning out of more intensive services.
\n
• Provide therapeutic meal support that models and promotes healthier relationships with food, incorporating cultural and individual preferences.
\n
• Deliver empathetic and affirming care tailored to each student's unique circumstances, taking into account their intersecting identities and backgrounds.
\n
• Conduct assessments, provide necessary interventions, and develop individualized treatment plans to address students’ mental health needs.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and case notes consistent with organizational policies and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on students within the local school system, offering support for a variety of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
