Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth examinations and evaluations of patients with functional limitations, providing individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Practice within the frameworks established by state regulations, ensuring compliance with laws governing physical therapy practice and supervision.

• Perform thorough assessments including reviewing medical history, conducting specific tests, and documenting the results for ongoing patient care.

• Implement treatment protocols effectively based on evaluation findings while adapting to the evolving landscape of healthcare.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to discuss patient care strategies, alterations in treatment plans, and overall progress.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation for each patient's course of treatment, including evaluation notes, progress updates, and discharge planning.

• Remain compliant with training and regulatory requirements, ensuring you are informed about all necessary practices in our dynamic healthcare environment.

• Deliver quality care while meeting departmental productivity standards and ensuring patient satisfaction.

• Engage actively in team meetings and professional development sessions to continuously improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this position will be on patients with orthopedic issues who require physical therapy to regain mobility, strength, and overall functionality. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a physical therapy setting.

• Current CPR certification to ensure patient safety in all situations.

• Strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to establish rapport quickly and effectively with patients and team members alike.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
