Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and implement tailored treatment strategies for patients referred from various healthcare providers.
• Administer therapeutic care and rehabilitation techniques based on individualized patient needs, ensuring alignment with the physician's treatment plan.
• Document patient progress meticulously and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet their evolving rehabilitation goals.
• Engage with patients in meaningful interactions, educating them on their conditions and involving them in their care processes.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance clinical outcomes through a blend of innovative therapies and advanced technologies.
• Foster a welcoming and supportive environment by delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with patients and their families.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will treat a varied patient demographic, including orthopedic cases, pediatric patients, individuals with neurological conditions, and athletes requiring sports medicine rehabilitation. This diversity allows for a dynamic workday as you adapt your treatment approaches based on the unique needs and goals of each patient.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• State License in Physical Therapy is mandatory.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Demonstrated excellence in both written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in word processing and relevant medical software systems.

Preferred Experience

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• Prior experience in orthopedic physical therapy or related fields is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
