Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations by reviewing patient history, performing assessments, and developing clear treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
• Clearly communicate evaluation outcomes and treatment plans to patients and their families, actively involving them in setting realistic goals for recovery.
• Implement targeted treatment protocols tailored to each patient, demonstrating expertise in a variety of therapeutic techniques and adapting to the evolving healthcare landscape.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, consulting with other healthcare professionals when adjustments to the care plan are warranted, ensuring continuity of care.
• Oversee discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care, meticulously documenting patient progress and ensuring all paperwork reflects required standards and regulations.
• Demonstrate adept time management to meet productivity expectations while maintaining an accurate schedule and fulfilling administrative tasks.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic conditions and surgeries, including but not limited to joint replacements, sports injuries, and chronic pain disorders. Our patient demographic encompasses a wide age range, from young athletes to seniors, requiring tailored treatment approaches that reflect their unique circumstances.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from a regionally accredited institution is required.
• Current state license to practice as a Doctor of Physical Therapy according to the regulations set forth by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in orthopedic physical therapy is essential.
• Valid CPR certification to ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Compensation and Benefits
